Amouranth recently took to Twitter to explain how her “haters” give her “boundless energy.” According to Amouranth, burnout is not a concern for her because she has a drive to prove her critics wrong. She described this drive as “a renewable source of energy,” and then went on to explain further in a follow-up tweet.

According to Amouranth, she grew up “relatively impoverished.” Since finding Twitch fame and earning millions from content creation, Amouranth has had “every troll and hater” tell her that her success will only last until she turns 30 and the money will slow down. Amouranth added that detractors telling her she would go broke has given her a “depression era mentality.”

While some content creators may blow through the kind of money that Amouranth makes, she has instead invested a lot of the money she’s earned. Amouranth has spoken publicly about her various investments, buying $1 million worth of Visa stock as a birthday present to herself and purchasing real estate. Amouranth has acquired multiple gas stations as a way to lower her federal tax bill as well as create a passive income stream.

Amouranth has also talked about her retirement plans, though fans shouldn’t expect her to stop Twitch streaming anytime soon. Amouranth has said that she will stop working when it makes sense to do so, like when her passive income and investments start making more money than she can earn from content creation. She has ambitions to open an animal shelter that wouldn’t have to rely on donations to stay open, so that may be what she pursues once her Twitch streaming career is over.

As it stands, Amouranth appears to be at the height of her popularity and her momentum isn’t slowing down. It will be interesting to see what 2022 has in store for the Twitch star and if she is able to top her impressive watch hours from 2021.
